FDEmax is a service of AI Soup Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy describes how we handle information collected through fdemax.com. Our services are business to business; this site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, work email, company, optional phone number, and the message you write. Our infrastructure providers also log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, and device type. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this usage data under Google's privacy policy. It is not tied to your contact submission. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to your inquiry, scope potential engagements, and follow up about our services. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers that operate this site (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Data retention

Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to manage the business relationship or inquiry, and then deleted. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@fdemax.com.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls in Google Cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply the same governance-first standards to our own systems that we apply to client engagements.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at hello@fdemax.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
